[ozone-dev] Changing the project link in the description of the #ozone-wayland IRC channel?

Hi all,

The freenode #ozone-wayland channel contains the following description:

"The Ozone-Wayland Open Source Project | https://01.org/ozone-wayland"

https://01.org/ozone-wayland seems to be a dead link and IIUC Intel's
project ( https://github.com/intel/ozone-wayland ) is no longer active.
However, several users are asking questions on IRC and seem to be
confused by Intel's project.

Since Igalia's Ozone/Wayland project (
https://github.com/Igalia/chromium/ ) is currently being developed,
up-to-date with respect to upstream and already mentioned on the Ozone
doc (
https://chromium.googlesource.com/chromium/src/+/master/docs/ozone_overview.md#wayland
), I propose to update the link? WDYT? Can someone with the required
permission please do that?
